Yellowstone River

The northern entrance to Yellowstone follows the Yellowstone river as it enters the park. Taken 3.17.15.

Presidents Washington, Jefferson, T. Roosevelt, and Lincoln were carved into the Six Grandfathers mountain in the Black Hills of South Dakota by Gutzon Borglum and his son in the 1930s as a way to promote tourism in the region. Taken 3.16.15.

This is the shot of Mt Rushmore that I, at least, had never seen. Who knew there was all this development there?
