Yosemite Falls
The Yosemite Falls is the tallest waterfall in North America. It actually has three sections, only two of which are visible from the valley floor. At 2,425 feet tall, the upper section alone is the 20th tallest in the world. Yosemite Valley, California. Taken 3.22.15.

Reflection
A lake near the Donner Pass in the Sierra Nevada mountains, crossing into California from Nevada. The pass is named after a party of pioneers who famously resorted to cannibalism to survive after becoming stranded on the eastern side of the pass due to winter snow. Ironically, there is now a rest stop at the summit of the pass. Taken 3.19.15.

Visibility?
Between the steam and the fog, visibility was low, to say the least. You wouldn't know we're in the middle of the mountains, would you? Taken 3.17.15.

Low Cloud
Winter is a weird time to visit Yellowstone. Most of the park is closed, and there tends to be lots of snow. The day we went, it snowed in the Bridger mountains on our way there, and the park itself was surrounded by low cloud and fog. Taken 3.17.15.
